🛒 Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our collection and choose the books you’d like to order.

  2. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter your shipping and payment details.

  4. Confirm your order — you’ll receive an email confirmation instantly.

What payment methods do you accept?

• PayPal
• Major credit/debit cards
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on your device)

All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — please contact us within 24 hours at contact@bominio.shop.
After that, your order may already be processing or shipped.

How long does delivery take?

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days (depending on your region)
    Delays may occur during public holidays or due to courier schedules.
  • United States: 7–14 business days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — United Kingdom, Australia, and United States.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different title, please request a return/refund and then place a new order.

What if my order is damaged or missing?

Email contact@bominio.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:
• your order number
• photos (if applicable)
We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
