1. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. To qualify:

Books must be unused, in original condition, and free of damage or markings

All original packaging must be intact

Returns must be authorized by our support team before sending

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or refunded
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Include photos if the book is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and address

Send your return using a trackable shipping service

Returns sent without authorization will not be processed
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or shipping error: Bominio covers return shipping

Other reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong book): customer pays return shipping

Do not return items to your personal or billing address. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Final sale / clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Personalized or custom-ordered books

Items marked as "non-returnable" at checkout

Used or damaged items that no longer meet return criteria
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different book:

Once the return is processed, place a new order

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number, description, and photos

We’ll arrange a refund or replacement, covering return shipping if applicable
