If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Books must be unused, in their original condition, and free from markings or damage.

  • All original packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

This applies to customers in both the United Kingdom and Australia.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact contact@bominio.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for return

  • Photos if the book is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and the official return address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items:
    Bominio covers all return shipping costs (UK & Australia).

  • Other reasons (change of mind, incorrect title ordered):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

  • Used or damaged items that no longer meet return criteria


5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

For other cases (e.g., change of mind, different title), please complete a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the affected items

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Your bank may require additional time for the refund to appear.

  • Refunds may be denied if the item does not meet return criteria or is not securely packaged.

  • No restocking fees apply.
